KOPIKO x SYAFIQ KYLE LIMITED EDITION MONTIGO TUMBLER GIVEAWAY

(The “PROMOTION”)

1. IMPORTANT NOTICE

   PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS”) CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND [MAYORA MALAYSIA SDN BHD] (“Promoter”). BY ENTERING THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE TERMS.

2. ELIGIBILITY

   1. The Promotion is open to all Malaysian citizens aged 18 years and above.
   2. Excluded from participation:
      
      • Employees of the Promoter, its advertising and promotional agencies,
      • Immediate family members of the above (spouse, children, parents, siblings, and household members).

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

   1. The Promotion begins at 00:00 on 15 July 2025 and ends at 23:59 on 31 August 2025.
   2. Any entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.
4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
   1. Purchase RM10 or more of Kopiko products in a single receipt from any participating outlets in Malaysia during the promotion period (“Proof of Purchase”).
   2. Scan the QR code found on promotional materials
   3. Complete the form with:
      • Full name
      • Email address
      • Mobile number
      • Upload of the Proof of Purchase
      • Question: Which Brand is incorporated with this contest?
        
        

        Answer:

        • Roma Biscuit
        • Choki Choki
        • Kopiko
   4. Each valid participant is eligible to win only one (1) unit of the Limited Edition Montigo Coffee Cup signed by Syafiq Kyle
   5. Participants may submit multiple entries but must use a different receipt for each entry.
   6. Incomplete, illegible, or tampered entries will be disqualified.

5. PRIZES

   1. Total Prizes: [50] units of Limited Edition Kopiko Montigo Coffee Cup signed by Syafiq Kyle.
   2. Each participant can only win one (1) prize throughout the Promotion Period.
   3. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or transferable.
   4. Winners will be selected based on the earliest valid entries and correct answers to the qualifying question.
   5. Winners will be contacted via WhatsApp, email, or phone call from the campaign end date.
   6. If a winner does not claim their prize within the designated time frame, an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

6. VERIFICATION & CONDITIONS

   1. All entries are subject to verification.
   2. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not meet the Terms.
   3. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.

7. DATA PROTECTION & CONSENT

   1. By participating, entrants agree to the collection and processing of their personal data for the purposes of this Promotion.
   2. Data may be used by the Promoter, its authorized agents, and agencies for administration and prize fulfillment.
   3. The Promoter will handle all data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”).
   4. Data will not be disclosed to third parties unrelated to the Promotion, unless required by law.

8. LIABILITY & RIGHTS

   1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
   2. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are late, lost, or contain errors.
   3. By participating, entrants waive any claims against the Promoter, its affiliates, and agencies arising from this Promotion or the use of any prize.
   4. By participating in this Promotion, winners consent to the use of their name, image, and likeness in any promotional materials or media related to the Promotion, without any further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. GOVERNING LAW

   1. This Promotion is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiations. Failing that, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
