  1. IMPORTANT NOTICE

    PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND [MAYORA MALAYSIA SDN BHD]. BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

  1. Contest Period

    1. The Contest will run from 00:00:00, 09/10/2025 to 23:59:59, 31/12/2025.
    2. All Contest entries received outside the Contest Period will be automatically disqualified.
    3. The Organiser reserves the right to vary, extend, suspend or terminate the Contest at its sole discretion or if the Contest is not capable of being continued for whatever reasons. Such termination or suspension shall not give rise to any claim by the Participants.
  2. Eligibility

    1. The Promotion is only open to all Malaysian citizens with valid identification documents, aged 18 years and above.
    2. Excluded from participation:
      • Employees of the Organiser and its advertising and promotional agencies.
      • Immediate family members of the above (spouse, children, parents, siblings, and household members).
    3. The Organiser shall reserve the right to request evidence of identification documents, if required.
  3. Participating Products

    The participating KOPIKO products (“Participating Products”) are as per listed below:

  4. Proof Of Purchase
    1. To participate in the Contest, purchase a minimum of RM10 of any Participating Products in a single original receipt from any In store outlets (“Receipt”) and/or invoice from any online merchants (“Invoice”) during the Contest Period.
    2. In store Outlets Receipt: The single original printed Receipt must consist details of the date of purchase, Products purchased, purchase amount, Receipt number and name or logo of the In store Outlet.
    3. Online Merchants Invoice: The screenshot of the Invoice must consist details of the date of purchase, Products purchased, purchase amount, Invoice number and name or logo of the Online Merchant. For online purchases with promotion codes and/or rebates and/or discount vouchers and/or shipping vouchers and/or any other discounts, the final paid amount of the Products must be RM10 and above to be qualified.
    4. A Receipt or Invoice with a minimum purchase of RM10 in a single transaction is required as the Proof of Purchase (“Proof of Purchase”) to participate in the Contest. Each Proof of Purchase is valid for one (1) entry only. Multiple entries are allowed, but each entry must be supported by a different receipt with at least RM10 purchase.
    5. The Organiser may disqualify any Proof of Purchase that is incomplete, duplicated, unclear, damaged, altered, modified, forged, falsified or does not meet the Contest requirements. Participants with disqualified Proof of Purchase will not be notified.
  5. Participating Method
    1. Contest entries must be submitted through the Contest Website only and each Proof of Purchase allows only 1 entry submission.
    2. Entries submission via Contest Website:
      • Visit the Contest Website at: [https://www.mayoracontest.com/kopikowinducati] or scan the QR code shown on the communication materials at the participating Outlets and complete the Web Form.
      • Fill in all the required personal details on the Web Form including a Malaysian registered mobile number compatible with WhatsApp for further communication (“Personal Details”).
      • Answer 1 true/false question shown on the Web Form correctly.The question: Syafiq Kyle is now the KOPIKO Ambassador. True/False?
      • Snap 1 clear and legible picture/image in jpg or jpeg or png format (“Image”) of the Proof of Purchase with the Receipt Details or Invoice Details.
      • 1 Image must contain a picture of 1 Proof of Purchase, and the Image file size must be less than 5MB.
      • Upload the Image on the Web Form and click ‘submit’ (“Entry”).
      • The Organiser will display a Thank You message for each entry received.
    3. The Organiser will process and verify all Entries. Entries with incomplete details, wrong answer and more than 1 Proof of Purchase will be disqualified. Participants with disqualified Entries will not be notified.
    4. The Organiser may request the original Proof of Purchase for verification and prize redemption. Failure to provide it will result in disqualification and forfeiture.
    5. For every RM10 spent as shown in the qualified Proof of Purchase, the Organiser will assign 1 serial number to the Qualified Entry starting from “1”. The serial numbers will be recorded sequentially and totaled accordingly for the Winners selection mechanics. (Please see Clauses 9 and 11 for details).
  6. Weekly Prizes & Periods
    1. There is a total of 20 Weekly Prizes in the form of 1 Touch ‘n Go e-Wallet Reload PIN worth RM50 each to be won for each week for 12 consecutive weeks.
    2. There is a total of 240 Weekly Prizes to be won at the end of the Contest Period.
    3. The following are the 12 weekly periods:
      • Week 1 : 09/10/2025 – 15/10/2025
      • Week 2 : 16/10/2025 – 22/10/2025
      • Week 3 : 23/10/2025 – 29/10/2025
      • Week 4 : 30/10/2025 – 05/11/2025
      • Week 5 : 06/11/2025 – 12/11/2025
      • Week 6 : 13/11/2025 – 19/11/2025
      • Week 7 : 20/11/2025 – 26/11/2025
      • Week 8 : 27/11/2025 – 03/12/2025
      • Week 9 : 04/12/2025 – 10/12/2025
      • Week 10: 11/12/2025 – 17/12/2025
      • Week 11: 18/12/2025 – 24/12/2025
      • Week 12: 25/12/2025 – 31/12/2025
  7. Weekly Prize Winners Selection Mechanics
    1. Each week, the Qualified Entries serial numbers recorded sequentially will be totaled to determine the total number of Qualified Entries at the end of each week.
    2. For example, if the total number of Qualified Entries in Week 1 is 3003, the Weekly Prize Winners will be selected using the following method.
      Weekly Prize – 20 Winners:
      • The total number of entries 3003 will be divided by the number of Weekly Prize Winners: 20, which equals 150.15.
      • This number will be rounded down to the nearest whole number, i.e., 150, and the multiplier number 150 will then be used to determine the winning serial numbers.
      • Qualified Entries with serial numbers that are multiples of 150 (i.e., 150, 300, 450, 600, and so on) will be selected as winners, until all 20 Weekly Prize Winners are identified.
  8. Main Prizes
    1. There are 3 categories of Main Prizes to be won at the end of the Contest Period, as follows:
      • Grand Prizes/First Prizes - Challenge:
        EITHER 3 Grand Prize in the form of 1 unit of DUCATI Scrambler 1100 (Base Model) worth RM75,900* OR 3 First Prizes in the form of RM5000 cash each.
        (Please see Clause 12 for Challenge details).
      • Second Prizes:
        10 Second Prizes in the form of 1 DUCATI Jacket worth RM2500 each.
      • Third Prizes:
        35 Third Prizes in the form of 1 set of DUCATI T-Shirt and Cap worth RM456 each.
      • *The DUCATI Scrambler 1100 (Base Model) is NOT inclusive of registration, road tax and insurance. Any other additional and/or miscellaneous fees, costs and/or expenses to be incurred in connection with collecting, utilising and/or maintenance shall be fully borne by and the sole responsibility of the Winner.

  9. Main Prize Winners Selection Mechanics
    1. At the end of the Contest Period, the Qualified Entries serial numbers recorded sequentially will be totaled to determine the total number of Qualified Entries at the end of the Contest Period.
    2. For example, if the total number of Qualified Entries at the end of the Contest Period is 30509, the Main Prize Winners will be selected using the following method.

      Grand Prize/First Prize – 3 Winners:

      • The total number of entries 30509 will be divided by the number of Grand Prize/First Prize Winners: 3, which equals 10169.67.
      • This number will be rounded down to the nearest whole number, i.e., 10169, and the multiplier number 10169 will then be used to determine the winning serial numbers.

      Second Prize – 10 Winners:

      • The total number of entries 30509 will be divided by the number of Second Prize Winners: 10, which equals 3050.90.
      • This number will be rounded down to the nearest whole number, i.e., 3050, and the multiplier number 3050 will then be used to determine the winning serial numbers.
      • Qualified Entries with serial numbers that are multiples of 3050 (i.e., 3050, 6100, 9150, 12200, and so on) will be selected as winners, until all 10 Second Prize Winners are identified.

      Third Prize – 35 Winners:

      • The total number of entries 30509 will be divided by the number of Third Prize Winners: 35, which equals 871.69.
      • This number will be rounded down to the nearest whole number, i.e., 871, and the multiplier number 871 will then be used to determine the winning serial numbers.
      • Qualified Entries with serial numbers that are multiples of 871 (i.e., 871, 1742, 2613, 3484, and so on) will be selected as winners, until all 35 Third Prize Winners are identified.
  10. Grand Prize / First Prize Winners Challenge Mechanics
    1. The 3 Grand Prize / First Prize Winners selected will be given a chance to win either the Grand Prize or the First Prize.
    2. The actual prize won will be decided through a Challenge that the Winners must participate in. The Challenge will take place at a venue in the Klang Valley (to be determined by the Organiser).
    3. The Organiser’s service provider will contact the selected Winners via WhatsApp from PERADUAN KOPIKO BELI & MENANG official WhatsApp number: 6017 700 4881, using the mobile number provided in their Qualified Entry within 7 to 14 days from the closing date of the Contest.
    4. Winners will be invited to participate in the Challenge and will be further informed of the requirements, venue, date, and time. All travel and/or accommodation expenses to attend the Challenge will be borne by the Winners. If a Winner does not respond to the Organiser’s invitation within the given timeframe, their slot will be forfeited, and a new Winner will be selected at the Organiser’s discretion.
    5. Any Winner who fails or refuses to take part in the Challenge will be disqualified, and their allocated prize will be forfeited. The right to participate in the Challenge is strictly non-transferable.
    6. Participation in the Challenge will be subject to the Challenge rules and regulations that will be announced on the day of the Challenge. The Organiser will determine which prize each Winner will receive based on their participation in the Challenge. Each Winner may only win 1 prize — either the Grand Prize or the First Prize.
  11. Prizes Fulfilment
    1. Each participant throughout the Contest Period may only win 1 Weekly Prize, and 1 Main Prize of the higher value.
    2. Upon request, all Winners must provide their personal details to the Organiser for prizes fulfilment. The Organiser shall reserve the right to request evidence of identification documents for the purposes of verification, if required. Failure to provide any proof of identity entitles the Organiser to disqualify the Winners’ eligibility and forfeit the Prize.
    3. All Weekly Prize Touch ‘n Go e-Wallet Reload PIN codes will be sent to the Winners by the Organiser’s service provider via WhatsApp from the PERADUAN KOPIKO BELI & MENANG official WhatsApp number: 6017 700 4881, to the mobile number provided in their Qualified Entry within 8 to 12 weeks from the closing date of the Contest.
    4. The Organiser will not be held responsible if any Touch ‘n Go e-Wallet Reload PIN codes cannot be delivered or deployed to the Winners due to any change or difference in the mobile contact number submitted by the Winners to the Organiser during Contest entry submission.
    5. All Touch ‘n Go e-Wallet Reload PIN codes must abide by the terms and conditions of the vendors and parties arranging and providing the e-Wallet Reload PIN Code(s). The Winners shall be fully responsible for any additional administrative fees or costs associated with redeeming the e-Wallet Reload PIN Code(s) through channels other than their respective application and usage. The following are the terms and conditions of the vendor:
    6. The Organiser reserves the right to extend the timelines stated under this clause owing to reasons beyond the control of the Organiser. The Organiser reserves the right to change the method of fulfilment stated under this clause at the discretion of the Organiser. All unclaimed Prizes after the deadline stipulated by the Organiser will be forfeited.
    7. Participants must abide by the terms and conditions of the party(ies) arranging and/or providing for all the prizes and the terms and conditions attached to the prizes, if any. The Organiser reserves the right to extend the timelines stated under this clause owing to reasons beyond the control of the Organiser.
    8. All Participants must adhere to the Winners Selection Mechanics set by the Organiser. The Organiser shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value, at any time without prior notice. All prizes are given on an “As Is” basis and are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable in any other form for whatever reason. The value of the prize is correct at the time of printing.
    9. The Winners will be announced on the Organiser’s official Facebook Page at https://www.facebook.com/kopikomalaysia
  12. Additional Terms
    1. The Organiser and the companies involved in the Contest shall not be held liable in any way for delays, non-deliveries and/or interruptions of WhatsApp and online messages sent or received and shall not be held responsible for any unauthorised use of the mobile phone or subscriber’s account in conjunction with the Contest.
    2. The Organiser is not responsible or liable for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorised access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet and/or websites.
    3. Participants shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any accident, injury, damage or claim resulting from participation in the Contest.
    4. By participating in the Contest, Participants consent to give their personal information, and the Organiser reserves the right to publish, use the Winners’ names and/or photographs plus their Entries for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation or notice and each Participant is not entitled to make any claims for the use of their Entries by the Organiser.
    5. The Organiser collects personal identifiable information to provide services or to correspond with the participant. This information is stored in a manner appropriate to the nature of the data by the Organiser and is used to fulfill the participant’s request(s). By submitting the Participant’s personal information, the Organiser deems that permission is given to the Organiser and/or its authorised agents to use this information for the purpose of present and future marketing and Contest purposes and to improve its products and services. If the Participant informs the Organiser via my.sales@passionation.co that the above information should not be used as a basis for further contact, the Organiser will respect the participant’s request. The Participant’s information will not be provided or shared with other companies for their use.
    6. By participating in the Contest, Participants agree to be bound by the official Contest Terms and Conditions and decisions of the Organiser. If you do not agree to these Contest Terms and Conditions, please refrain from participating in the Contest.
    7. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, delete or add to these Contest Terms and Conditions without any prior notice at any time and the Participants shall be bound by such changes.
    8. The Organiser’s decision is final. Any correspondence pertaining to the decision made by the Organiser will not be entertained. Please read these Contest Terms and Conditions carefully before you enter the Contest.
    9. The Contest Terms and Conditions are prepared in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. In the event of inconsistencies between the two versions, the English language version shall prevail.
  13. Notice Under The Personal Data Protection Act 2010
    1. This written notice (“Notice”) serves to inform you that your personal data is being processed by or on behalf of Mayora Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“Mayora” or “we” or “us”). Further, by submitting this Contest entries, you hereby consent to the processing of your personal data by Mayora in the manner as specified in this Notice. We shall be processing the personal data that you have provided us with such as your name, national identity card number, contact number, address and any other information that we have requested from you in this Contest entries. Mayora will be processing your personal data, including any additional information you may subsequently provide Mayora, for the purpose of conducting this contest and contacting you (if necessary).
    2. The personal data that you provide us may be disclosed to our service providers only for the afore-mentioned purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that the personal data you provide us is accurate, complete and not misleading and that such personal data is kept up to date. You may access and requests for corrections of your personal data and/or to limit the processing of your personal data or make any enquiries or complaints in respect of your personal data, by emailing our service provider at my.sales@passionation.co
